In-stock items will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days. For custom-made or out-of-stock pieces, our artisans will craft them exclusively for you, with an estimated dispatch time of around 3 weeks or before from our manufacturing center.

Lifetime Exchange Policy - Terms & Conditions
The following terms govern the Lifetime Exchange Policy:
- Full value exchange: Customers are entitled to exchange goods for new items of equal value, based on 100% of the original item's purchase price. Refunds are not permitted under this policy.
- Exchange amount: The value of the new product provided will correspond to the value of the returned product.
- Documentation required: Items eligible for exchange must include:
- The original authenticity certificate (if applicable).
- The original invoice issued by Incepta.
- Exceptions:
- The policy does not cover any damage or loss to jewelry or gemstones in studded items.
- This exchange offer is not valid for orders shipped outside India.
- Inspection process: All items submitted for exchange will undergo a thorough quality assessment by the company before approval.
- Logistics charges: Any logistics costs will be deducted from the final exchange value.
- Delivery timeline: Replacement products will be dispatched within 21 days after the original item has been received by the company.
Lifetime Buyback Policy - Terms & Conditions
- Colored stones are excluded from buyback and exchange policies.
- Customers must present the original invoice and certificate to avail of the buyback or exchange benefits.
Policy Details:
- The company offers a Lifetime Buyback policy for customers, enabling them to return eligible goods for a refund.
- Refunds will be calculated based on the following:
- Gold or metal value: 100% of the current market price for the gold or any other metal used.
- Lab-grown diamond value: 80% of the current market price for the specific quality of lab-grown diamonds set in the jewelry.
- Refund and Exchange Amount: Refund Amount:The money-back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid by the customer. Discounts and Promo Codes:If any coupons, discounts, or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange or refund amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the value of the coupon, discount, or promo code.
- Refund Process: Mode of Refund: For refunds under the 15-Day Money-Back Policy, the refund will be processed as follows: Online Bank Transfer: If the original payment was made via bank transfer, the refund amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within 21 working days of receiving the product. Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking: If the payment was made online via card or net banking, the refund will be processed by reversing the transaction.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be borne by the customer for all products returned under the 15-Day Money-Back Policy.
- Eligibility: This policy applies only to available jewelry and does not cover customized jewelry.
- Steps to Request a Return:

- Confirmation Call:Call our Customer Care to confirm once the package is ready with all required documents and items for re-shipment.
